It was my turn today to write the weekly blog post for Writers Abroad’s website. I was in London over the weekend attending the absolutely wonderful Historical Novel Society’s UK conference and I didn’t have much time to put into a blog post – or time to consider what to write. So how did I decide the topic? I had a meeting scheduled with an agent while I was at the conference and she wanted a tagline from me that would sum up my novel.
